Personal view i think the deal is almost done....otherwise the announcement of JV with JD won't out... before JV announcement out a bit doubt the capability mqtech acquire glove company and current covid 19 pandemic for sure the acquire price will very high! on another hand why JD choose Mqtech why not other company??... i believe the mqtech already hold the card... just final pricing and some process before make official announcement. . if compare with recently some of the listed company put out announcement they want acquire glove company... i think mqtech news and announcement will be more firm and more confident.
