my auditor friend told me.. after the sue new come out.. no auditor dare to touch the red flag issues mentioned by KPMG.. so now KPMG resign.. hmmm... if new auditor said kpmg wrong then all the auditor industry will have issues.... Now the problem is the red flag mentioned by KPMG..

Yes.. SD already start action.. i do asking my audit friend about this case.. some of them said need to check the process on the audit cannot just see the end result.. SD case very hot all my audit friend discuss on it.. but they said seldom a company director dare to challenge and audit back the audit firm.. this could be first time..
