And when it comes to penny stock, the main rule of the game is: minimum downside with maximum upside.
Of course price is a factor, becos you also want to aim for maximum possible ROI for the money that you're temporarily putting at risk.
If you say price is not a factor, then it just means that you still got loads & loads to learn as an investor.
