anyone know when is the company general meeting?are they going to announce another div?

2.75x2times this year out of average price 0.82..div yield around 6%..better than many reits counter..

he talk only..really make money not no ppl know..

the point is, if the company think their share undervalue and investor thinnk this company is good, who is the one sell the share everyday for them to share buy back?

Personally feel this counter not bad..PE quite low around 7times..but previous quater result not so good due to certain reason..Nta also aroun RM3..may keep in track and look for the following quater result..

PE 5.6, Dividend Yield 5.9%, Nta 1.11, P/Nta 0.76, cash rish..definitely undervalue..going to fly one day..
