（吉隆坡24日訊）嘉登控股（GADANG,9261,主板建築組）宣佈和Cyberview私人有限公司簽署聯營發展合約，以在賽城第20區發展知識員工房屋計劃，發展總值約10億5千500萬令吉。



該公司文告指出，該公司通過間接獨資子公司-HILLSTRAND發展有限公司，以便在賽城的121.49英畝的土地，興建2千500單位住宅（政府宿舍及公寓單位）以及商業單位。




上述聯營計劃料在2015年首季動工，並於2023年次季全面完成。（
