40 cents per share cash ... RM 2 by year end is quite possible.

This share is so undervalued, especially as the management appears to have started paying dividends again, so far this year 7.6 cents ! ... should easily reach 1.65.

When you consider there are only 280m shares, over 40,000 hectares of plantation land with modest debt, this counter is indeed undervalued. Also, there have been no recent rights / bonus issues to dilute shareholder value, which many other planters have done. Management should have paid a small dividend, say 2-3 cents, after all THP - another cheap counter paid 6 cents.
Could be privatised or taken over at current price, worth at least 2.10 - 20.

I bought 165,000 last week for 0.9275 - I like the defensive nature of KIP nothing fancy... selling basic food and goods to ordinary people at reasonable prices. Lower gearing than most other Reits is also a bonus, directors buying is always a good sign. I will buy more on any dips.

What could this share go to in 3-4 years, once the Indonesian plantations start bearing fruit ? Also any idea what the dividend could be by then. This share could be a very good long term investment.

I bought this stock about one month ago, 70,000 at 1.13 (£0.216). Some plantation stocks are now grossly undervalued, THP is one, also Sarawak Plantation. If there is a market correction later this year, these shares should hold their value as they have declined 30 - 40 % over the last 2 years.
Mr Calvin, what do you think about Golden Land for a long term play ?, NAV seems pretty high.

Does anyone know why this share has underperformed ? the number of shares issued is low compared to other CPO shares, it has a good land, bank recently increased by 1,900 hectares and modest debt. I owned this stock 2 -3 years ago at a much higher price and remember that it always paid a regular dividend. Does Mr Koon still have a substantial holding ? it may be that the low share trading volume is the main problem.

Up_down is right, we should buy undervalued plantation shares while we can. I hold SWPLNT
TDM, K FIMA and last week bought KULIM-WC. Kulim should hit RM 3.70 before too long.
New Britain Palm Oil - almost half owned by Kulim has gone from about £3.25 to £4 in the last
month.

Undervalued, under researched, one of the cheapest plantation counters, worth at least RM 4.00
I am a UK investor and bought 53,000 shares last year and happy to hold for the long term, they
pay quite a reasonable dividend too.
Stock: [SENTRAL]: SENTRAL REIT

I paid around 1.29 last year. I know the price has fallen but the dividend will still be paid and over time should increase. Now yielding around 8%! ... it would be almost impossible to achieve this
return if you were to buy commercial / residential property anywhere. If I had any spare funds I would be buying.
