undervalue like many others no up.....now bursa no fundamentals at all,only push up what they suka or what they hold and wanna sell.retailers really broke already,2nd and 3rd liners sleeping but big cap mostly all overvalued.even profit down the stocks not down a lot cos being cornered

Chiayee the company is still planting, currently it has only 882 hectares mature (harvestable) out of 4,090 hectares according to the latest annual report. and they are still expanding and they are aiming for 50,000 hectare long term. i foresee in 1 to 2 more years they will start making profit.

The company has both plantation and property development activities. If you compare its performance with that of the Bursa Planation sector, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KhboTCMdEg) you will find that Golden Land ROE for the past decade was much lower than that of my reference company – KLK. Secondly, the Malaysian property sector is not exactly booming currently. Looking at its share price trend, you can see that it reflects its business performance.
