It's hard to say. Oil price would not necessarily go down if Inventory build up. It's mainly depends on ppl expectation. Current oil price which have been down since this morning already factored in expected build up. If the build up is lesser than what ppl are expecting, oil price will go up and vice versa.

GM68, i just share the link lar. No one knows how much Hibiscus will go. I have not much knowledge in technical analysis. But has been invested in this stock since the price was below 20cent. Had several rounds of profit takings and now re-enter as I feel the chance to go up is much higher than going down.
