The following is what Group MD told a press conference after the group’s AGM in Jun 2016.
DNeX expects to double its profit and revenue by 2017 when it completes its diversification into the energy business, up from a net profit of RM11.2 million and revenue of RM95.5 million posted in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2015 (FY15).
Group managing director Zainal Abidin Jalil said the big jump in revenue growth is going to be driven by the energy business, as the additional revenue stream from the energy acquisitions will contribute to DNeX’s growth potential and earnings resiliency over the medium to long term.
“While we double the revenue, we believe we can also more than double our profit when we complete the energy transformation, as well as with the contribution from IT,” he told a press conference after the group’s AGM in Jun 2016.
DNeX’s revenue composition between its IT and energy division is projected to be equal (50:50) by 2017. In FY15, revenue from IT contributed 97% to the group’s revenue.

It is still a good bet to buy a warrant trading at high premium if you expect mother share moving uptrend, has very good growth potential and maturity date of the warrant is a long time away. I think Dnex-WD falls into this category. This is just my view.

BJCorp-WB 0.11, mother 0.375, Exercise price 1.00, so trading at premium 196%.
BJcorp-WC 0.115 mother 0.375, Exercise price 1.00, so trading at premium 197.33%.

Last year WD highest price is 0.095, probably operators push up to throw just after newly listed.

If mom goes to 1.00, my guess is son will be 0.55-0.60 (selling at 5-10% premium). Son up about 7 times from present price of 0.085 while Mom only up about 3 times. So still better to go for WD. Day dreaming, haha.

Hope today can break the resistance at 0.32.

Dnex is a slow moving counter. Last year it took about 2 months to move gradually from low of 0.19 to high of 0.31. But this year, it is likely to move faster because of all the good news.

So far Censof has disposed of 123.78 million DNeX shares, and all of its warrants. Post transaction, Censof remains as the single largest shareholder of DNeX with a 21.33% stake.

Based on past data, Dnex share prices from early July to early Aug were pressed down to 0.19-0.22 before release of fantastic Q2 results with net profit of RM 89,500 m on 16 Aug 16. After release of Q2 results share price shot up steadily to 0.31 peaking end of Sep/early Oct 16. If history/trend repeats, before release of good results, sharks will press down share price to collect cheap and only start pushing up share price after release of good result. Only management and those with insider news know whether Q4 result going to be good or bad. I am sure by now sharks who have been manipulating the share price already have insider news on the Q4 results. My guess is, there are 2 possibilities, one is bad/disappointing result and is reflected in the current low share price. The other possibility is good result and sharks are pressing down share price to collect more before they start pushing up the share price after release of good Q4 result.

Darth, no point talking to yourself. Just be patient and wait for Q4 results to be released by end of the month. If results good, shark likely to remove the blockage and share price will start moving up, as it will then be more difficult for sharks to suppress the share price. Our only worry is Q4 results may not be as good as most of us expect. Hope for the best.

Sharks have not made money from Vivo for quite some time, so expect them to push up Vivo share price very soon, maybe this afternoon. Do not chase if share price goes up, let the sharks buy and sell themselves. don't get trapped.

I notice prince4, papaya and 超人类 always like to talk bad or something negative about Vivo. They seem to be very happy when Vivo share price goes down. Don't really know what they are up to. Don't be over optimistic. Vivo share price will definitely go up if Q4 result is good. However, Q4 result may not be as good as most of us expect. I use to be very optimistic, but after quite disappointing Q3 result, I am not so optimistic as before.

If the company is serious in moving to MB, I belief Management will propose consolidation of shares, either 5 shares merge into 1 or 10 shares merge into 1 before they apply to go to MB. But for the company to qualify to move to MB, share price must maintain at 0.16 or higher so that market value is at least 500 millions.

Ken. no need to Q for Vivo at 0.16, so difficult to get. Somehow Shark always put up a big Q before U. Just grab some WB at 0.65 easier. For 10 lots of mother share at 0.16, u can get about 25 lots of WB at 0.65. For short term gain, U can then sell at 0.7/0.75.

Today's trade statistic showing foreign funds have become net buyers, taking up a total value of RM 130.2 millions worth of shares.

If you are confidence Vivo share price won't drop much further, it is better to collect warrants instead of mother share. When share price goes up, you'll end up making more money if you buy warrants. There is a possibility sharks may 'goreng' WB instead of mother share like what they did in May last year. Tt is easier for them to goreng WB as price cheaper & less shares. Of course if WB price goes up, prices of mother shares and other warrants will follow.

Opening of Skywak and Theme Park at Komtar suppose to be a catalyst for share price to shoot up turns out to be an inhibitor, simply because management has made a wrong decision, setting ticket prices sky high.
