Recommended a Buy call on WA few weeks ago to his subscribers at RM0.25 I think with TP RM1.22 (dont ask me how he derives so....lol). Ever since then price drops till RM0.15 few days ago n he quietly deleted fm his watch list last week.

Then come to I3 to claim he has good luck on WA n made very good profit.....

As long as iron ore price is low n Rebar here is above RM3000pmt u can expect good div yield (more than 15%) fm Annjoo.

As for AYS, u need the blessings of Trading God......

Hiaptek (via their 27%+ shareholdings in Eastern Steel) n Annjoo will be benefited the most fm the low iron ore price.

However, I doubt if Eastern Steel is able to pay any div in near future (so Hiaptek may not receive any cashflow fm the div).

At the meantime Annjoo will honour their 60% Div Policy n the coming final div (in Feb) shall be ard RM0.20+....Cash div is real money....

Sifu, AYS is a trading co leh......meaning to say they buy n sell....if buy low sell high very good if buy high sell higher also good if buy high sell low not so good....

U need Trading God in AYS....always buy low sell high for a long long time

The price of entry is low for Hiaptek.

I like AYS because it is trading at a forward PER of around 2 times.
It gives a total of 6.0 sen as dividend for a year.
The dividend yield is around 10%.
The buy cum date for AYS is 28/1/2022.

Not too long ago I asked u why dont U buy Annjoo which has a Div Policy 60% and a potential DY of more than 15% for this year U said Div is not important....

Somemore Annjoo will be fully benefited fm the low iron ore prices while AYS's profit heavily depends on their purchase price of stocks ( they are trading co). Unless they managed to buy n build a huge stock level at low prices

Personally i hope it can drop back to rm0.20+...

Same thing in Dnex...mkt will decide...not my sweet talks...
