Charles, the rest wont follow harta beacuse they go even much lower vs pre pandemic after considering china player

At worst scenario all may even go below pre covid 19 level in 2023/2024 when price war happens due to oversupply then

Basically 2 questions here..

1) Why would Harta go back to Mac 2020 price level?
2) Will other glove co follow so??

I have been giving warning since end of last year lah...aiyo

If u still have Topglove n Supermax (especially supermax) just cut n move on

U dont want to see their prices follow Harta to go back to Mac 2020 pre Covid 19 level

It will be more painful if u are oredi very painful now

With the awakening of China Dragon, the whole demand supply scenario in glove will be very diff

Personally I think the profit margin in 2022 may even be worse than pre Covid 19 level

The key concern is on the sharp drastic drop in their ASP...they took ard one year to increase their ASP to reach its peak...may take shorter time to drop to the same level prior to Covid 19...thanks to China n others' expansion in their capacity

Topglove's price level during Mac 2020 was below RM2.00

Supermax was below RM0.80

Harta oredi back to Mac 2020 price level.....Coz ASP will be normalised by Q1 2022...Going forward they may not stay profitable once the cut throat price war happens in 2022 or 2023
