很多人已经把 Serbadk 事件讲得很清楚，我就不重复了，我说说其他要点：

1. 首先，无论一家公司有没有做假账，身为稽查师，他不应该拖延不回复公司作出的澄清。如果稽查师不满意解释，他可以要求更多数据和资料，但是，他不可以 sit on it and do nothing，这一点他就显得不专业。在最坏的情况下，稽查师可以拒绝签署报告，然后辞去稽查师一职。在香港，Deloitte 德勤主动呈辞不再担任很多上市公司的稽查师，已经是家常便饭。

2. 去年油价暴跌，它一直徘徊在37－45美元之间，直到12月，才重新站稳在50美元以上。全球的石油公司减产，停产，停止新项目，这包括 BP, Shell, Exxon，Petronas，可想而知，油公司之间的 AR，AP，Inventory 都会剧增。去年大马政府允许借贷人暂停供期6个月，请问有关的银行的帐目会发生什么事呢？所以，Serbadk 的 AR 大增是意料中事。

3. 这次 KPMG 有可能踩到地雷了，因为 Serbadk 的回复，把 Petronas 拖下水，也把国企的生意链，和与多不胜数的私人公司，那绵绵密密，千丝万缕的关系，给透露了一点点出来。Petronas 提供了大马政府 1／3 的财政收入，影响重大，这家国企不是任何人可以随便得罪的。

4. Karim 本人除了有魄力，他的人脉才是他成功最重要的因素。他与国油的关系，国油与政府的关系，政府与 EPF KWAP 的关系，大家稍微想一想，就知道其中的厉害关系。如果 Serbadk 爆钵，进入清盘，很多不为人知的秘密会浮出水面，它会动摇国家的根基，跟 1MDB 事件里主要是几个人中饱私囊，是不可同日而语的。

5. 如果真的要做假账和假公司，他们会看漏那么重要的资料，做出那么明显的错误吗？例如，公司的地址不对，公司注册号码没有打印在书信上，新注册的几家公司的地址是一样的。连卖tips卖课程佬都知道怎样P图到美美，如果要做假，公司注册这些重要的资料，怎么可能会搞错。

6. 当年李嘉诚进军塑胶花行业，他有塑胶花的经验吗？后来他进军房地产，那个时候他有房地产的相关经验吗？当年 Gkent 这个水喉佬获得轻快铁项目，他有建设轻快铁的相关经验咩？当年 Mahsing 还在做塑料制品，他进军房地产的时候，有房地产相关经验吗？现在他进军手套生产，他有手套相关经验啊？这个稽查师的提问都 Sot 的，没有 IT 相关经验，就不可以做 IT ？你有没有听过 Partnership，recruitment，outsourcing ? 你应该问的是，这两家公司没有 IT 相关经验，他们如何确保 IT 项目的成功，和没有善后问题呢？

7. OK 现在讲讲比较重要的一点。KPMG 这次的高调动作，是谁在背后做事？搞垮 Serbadk，谁的利益最大？这与美国突然间开口对 Harta Supermax 这两家指数股公司下手，而且是趁着大马疫情最严峻的时候，政府即将实行全国封锁的关键时刻出重招，讲到这里，大家应该心中有数了吧？

Auditing is like any other business that is alway client centric. The auditor will try to resolve the issues faced by their clients as long as it's legal and above board.

Serba is a 6 bn MYR company. It is a company that any auditor would love to have as a client.

For KPMG to issue a red flag on Serba can only mean one thing and one thing only. If you ask me, I think the rabbit hole goes way deeper than our worst case scenario. No righteous company will quickly fire its auditors and appoint a new one, only those who have things to hide would take this path as they are aware that no convincing/arguing can persuade KPMG otherwise.

Do you think the authorities will take this lying down. I think investigations are on the way. Today's drop is just the beginning.

Like how Ah Jib handled 1mdb when he was being cornered...sacked everyone.....
