The entitlement date and the entitlement time for the Adjustment are on 27 October 2014 at 5.00 p.m. while the ex-date of the Adjustment is on 23 October 2014. The securities transferred into the depositor's securities account before 4.00 p.m. in respect of transfers shall be on 27 October 2014. The ratio entitlement indicator shall be 1:1.

Effective on 28 October 2014, being the commencement of the next market day following the Entitlement Date, the number of outstanding Warrants B shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll consequent to the Rights Issue with Warrants (“Adjustment”). Warrants B holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for the outstanding Warrants B as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date (“Warrant Holders”) would be entitled to the Adjustments.


As a result of the Adjustments, up to 1,045,045 additional Warrants B will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares and Warrants C on 25 November 2014. A notification to the Warrants Holders setting out the details of such Adjustments will be despatched to the Warrants Holders in due course.


In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, no adjustment will be made to the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants B as the exercise price is at RM1.00, being the par value of the SMPC Shares.


Any adjustment to the number of Warrants B held by each Warrants B holder will be rounded down to the nearest whole Warrant B.
