（吉隆坡26日讯）丹斯里阿南达克里斯南通过私人投资臂膀Usaha Tegas公司为阿玛达(ARMADA,5210,主板能源组)提供总额7500万美元（3亿1700万令吉）的两笔贷款，以展开印度岸外浮动生产储卸油设施（FPSO）项目和再融资马耳他浮式储油船（Malta FSU）的现有贷款。

阿玛达发文告表示，独资子公司阿玛达98/2控股（BA98/2）和阿玛达浮动气体储存马耳他公司（ AFGSM），获得Usaha Tegas公司旗下Mezzanine Equities NV公司（MENV）提供至多7500万美元的融资承诺，其中包括根据MENV与BA98 / 2之间的信贷协议，MENV向BA98/2提供高达3000万美元（1亿2800万令吉）的3年期限款便利；以及根据MENV的献议文件，向AFGSM提供高达4500万美元（1亿8900万令吉）的6年期限贷款便利。

BA98/2贷款便利是供融资阿玛达和Shapoorji Pallonji油气公司联营项目的30％股权，该项目是为印度Kakinada岸外的油田项目提供浮动生产储卸设施。

MENV获得选择权，在36个月内以合理价收购阿达玛在此项目的30%股权。而阿玛达在这期间也可寻找其他买主。

至于AFGSM贷款是为了再融资马耳他浮式储油船现有的4500万美元过渡性贷款。

Usaha Tegas公司持有阿玛达34.9%股权。此前阿玛达一再传出债务重组受阻消息，由于债务过重不利于该公司争取新合约，因此招致沉重卖压。今年4月，阿玛达宣布获得6亿6000万美元的期限贷款便利，以再融资两笔现有贷款，解了燃眉之急。
