Else, can look at the principal terms of the warrant C mentioning any alteration of the share capital of the mother will adjust the number of the unexercised warrant c and the exercise price of it. Fair value is just RM 1 - RM1.5, dun know why IB will give a TP of RM 4. Big question mark.
