CFO said the percentage of foreign fund decreased only by 2.8% to 16.48% since 20 Apr til last Friday, which against what public (esp blog and forum) that believe all foreign fund are exiting.

CFo said in terms of the increased receivable are due to they normally only collect a portion of the payment (around 30%) upfront. But they say it will not be a problem to collect back all the remaining payment.

Yes he keep on mentioning about ecommerce and saas. And he assure the company will do well and better than last year even though gst is over. Recurring income from saas will be the main driver of the share price I guess?

Confirm the OSK quarter report will be good as you can already see and predict it from rhb report. Possible merger approve by bursa next Wednesday. Mark my words.

impossible. The deal will does on even if all the minor shareholders reject the offer. The proper things to do now is to buy in osk to get the 15 cents dividend plus free warrant after the merge.

It's impossible for the existing OSKH shareholder to reject such a good offer. How on earth is that possible for someone to reject when people want to give you money (15 cents dividend plus free warrant)? I understand this might be a bit unfair for OSKP and especially PJD but as a shareholder of OSKH it's a big yes to accept the offer.

Yea! Just heard it from one of my friend that attended AGM today. He said many good news are to come for OSK. And from the AGM, everything for the merger is almost complete. As this is the property sector so the rules for merger is not really strict (as opposed to the giant merger of 3 bank), so merger is almost can say 100% completed.老板确实的说明合并几乎已经成事，正等待最后的批准，而老板十足把握的说明批准是预料中的事，因为是地产界的事情，所以Rule没有很严~。~

Buy and wait for Q1 report. With GST coming all the firm will rush and finish the GST related software and thus ifca will be good.

based on the booklet and anual report tht I received by post last week the merger is almost done. Special dividend 15 sen will be paid out once the exchange of share from major shareholder is complete on June. Whether minor shareholder agree or not is nothing to do with this merger.
