Great disapointment. Qtr profit before tax is only RM1.7m regardless of including the result of the newly acquired subsidary. Revenue so high but profit so little. LOL, have to include the tax benefit of RM1.1m to boost its qtr profit after tax.

Pleasantly surprised with the good quarterly result. As some pointed out, the best quarterly GP margin so far and lower quarterly bottom line due to share of associate loss and also higher admin exp. Though the company warns about slower demand in 1st quarter 2019 which means next quarter result may be flat, the company actually expects a growth rate prospect. I reckon can buy for long term investment while the price is still low.

The company is likely able to performing consistently if not better in the coming quarters. Based on the latest qtrly EPS of 12 sen x 4 qtrs = 48 sen annualised forecast. TP- 4.8 if PE (forward) is 10. TP- 3.84 if PE (forward) is 8. Huaatttt....lah [barring any unforeseeable risks..]

With directors and company shares buyback, small cap Dufu shares in the market should be quite limited. The price holds up (down 6%) reasonaly well after an unseen heavy dumping in recent time. It shall stabilise after dumping ends.

trulyinvest, based on your routine announcement records, it seems that you could have made more profit by holding the stock a little bit longer instead of daily contra.

CYF, not only the heavy shares buyback for the past year, the company has even announced shares consolidation plan last year in a move to stabilise its shares price volatility while it was still a penny stock but the plan was later cancelled when it exceeded RM1. Bonus issue is the last likely reason on the plate that explains the recent price spike. But, anything is possible.

HDD related counters Dufu, JCY and Notion all up by 10% - coincident?

Disposed partially at 1.55 also to lock in some profit regardless it may go higher. SuperPanda's comment makes sense. This counter used to go beyond RM1.60 but has dropped below RM1.00. It may reverse like before again.

The volume is extremely high today and looks like in a goreng mode. Volatility risk starts to kick in. Fundamental may not be the sole reason and there may be something that we do not know.
