Covid is here to stay. Demands will be greater than in 2019 with new norms/hygiene awareness. All about demands and ASP going forward. With the current ASP at US60-70, the Chinese glove makers are making a lost. No sane Chinese companies will get into this business now. Only the old and established companies to carry on. ASP will stabilized and with it comes clarity and better earnings as the Malaysian gloves companies have little/no debts. So.. let's talk next year. Let's see how long this P/E 1.3 can hold.

I buy companies based on value and financial position... not sentiment. At this price point for Supermax, Comfort, TG... all gloves, the value is just great. No other counters are more value added now. Let's see loh. Talk again in 1 year.

Aiya... as with all investments there are ups and downs. WB is always LT and buying value stocks. Gloves down 80%... and this down creates a huge Value proposition that will be attractive for investors later when the ASP stabilized. Gloves companies are still making money and the Balance Sheets have little or no debts. Also, with the current ASP, the China glove makers are making a lost now. Guess where the ASP will be in 6 months when everyone drops out.

No worries, Spmx will give more shares. Also, this cash rich, no debt, money making counter has always been very volatile. The uptick will be crazy and history will repeat itself.
