Let's go and see on this company's official website if they've undated their latest shareholders list or is it an one year affair in annual report they only show? Hmmmm.

The slow purchase pattern only shows that the company is not in Urgent to have extra cash in their hands for on going projects.
So, what's really at the back of this PP purchasing is anyone's guess.

If 0.13 roughly the bottom (based on min price for Macquarie's PP discount @ 0.12), than just leave it.
If anyone wants to accumulate please go ahead. Don't be surprised if price goes down some more as PP price @ 0.125 there's no contract that the company needs to sell at this min price to Macquarie.
