Actually the billionaire thing is over rated. At 0.10cent , knm total market cap is around rm400million. That is a mere 80million euro. What kinda billionaire don't have 80million. If really want to take over, buy la all the outstanding shares.
I'm sure he can collect huge amounts above 0.30cent-0.40cent. This was the last bear trap.

So I think both side equally f-ed up with limited financial resources.

If removal of Mr.Ho was technically wrong. Then this can be reversed easily, even better if this position was a court appointee. Send a circular to void the voting for this particular position. Fyi since knm under court scrutiny, the EGM was carried out without and legal glitch.

It's the same pattern over and over again, no matter who the BOD or CEO.

I think there are more bilis in knm than any other klse counters. You guys move the price up and down. Sharks move in-between and eat all the profits.

I have a question. What you all think, will happen to the price after the EGM?

I have a 100% win record on KNM, ever since my 1st foray into it in 2010 (remember buying for $1.70+ back then & selling in the high $2s), then 2012, 2014 & finally 2019( bought 31.04c, SOLD 34.64c). This co. has a reputation for destroying shareholder value & is GUILTY till proven innocent

Not sure why everyone is naive about this stock movement. Answer is so simple. Syndicate have finished their game. So they are unloading.

This is neither German or lee family or Tunku gang selling. This was the third hidden hand which pushed up the price from 0.05 to 0.18. A whopping 13cent increase.
Roughly they will make 0.05(my guess) x average stock movement for the last 6 months(500million my guess).
Ikan bilis all hangus.

Company fundamental still same.

After listening to the interview. I believe Tunku is and has been doing the right thing. Forget about everything else, borsig, FBM, ethanol!! Just listen to how he has already executed the plan to get out of PN17.
Guys we are definitely getting out out PN17!.
So logically we should support Tunku.

For those of you who didn't listen to the interview. This is how we are getting out of PN17. Knm got creditors approval to not pay interest until next year. So this quarter will show profit and next quarter also profit. 2 quarters profit with borsig listing as rationalisation plan. This is enough to uplift from pn17. Just when this is happening, borsig listing will take place in jun/July.

This is not buy call!! Im saying this to say I'm wrong about Tunku in my previous post. So I'll vote for Tunku and we all the bilis should.

The German team has no plans published anywhere, so far.

At 4c, no takeover or no privatisation took place because.... at that time, even if strip all assets from knm, still have to pay balance hutang( even now) Ethanol plant was making a loss, FBM in the verge of collapsing and only borsig making money.

And maybe the operators are collecting from 4c till now. Later during EGM suddenly 40 ppl turn up with 0.99%share( hidden hands) + German guy about 10%...

Company still PN17. Past few months the BOD is giving the same answer. There is no other place or new news on the regularisation plan.

Even after this shake up, knm has yet to clarify on the current situations.

I was expecting the price to shoot up by now. Looks like, still got so many sellers.

Anyway I'm more concerned on the pn17 plan submission, which is due soon.

I will support the German group. It's been so long and the current group is so secretive, no update and so action. Now German come in and the CEO is begging for support.

By now the company would already know if it can come out of pn17 or not. This pull back in price might be an indicator. Maybe not.

In the last 2 months. almost 50% of the entire total number of KNM shares has been bought or sold. Yet the price is stagnant here. If we have someone purely accumulating, this stock would have skyrocketed by now. And if someone is continuously selling, then price would have dropped back to 3-4cent. So whats happening here. I would like to hear anyone's feedback except for the i-diotic woodswater.
