He was holding abt 300k GenB shares during 2022 n asked trader for advice. Most IMPORTANTLY, eagleye trust trader's judgment and sold right at the peak 5.30 then. Eagleye easily "saved" abt half million ringgit of potential losses if he had held on until now. I have given many prompt exit warnings here at 5.20, 4.80+, 4.50 zones + Sell At Rebound since 4.20. @neohts, we are all gunning and hoping for UK Full approval. If UK gives Full Approval, I think there will be a high chance EMA will also give Full Approval. With my cost price I still can make some small money, but I can only sell in batches of small volume if no approval from UK. The UK approval probability is definitely much higher than 50%. It doesnt make sense for me to panic sell now at Dundee Jews’ USD125 price now. The risk-reward pay-out ratio to wait out for UK approval is much more attractive. If no UK approval, less USD35 to USD45 from Dundee Jews' price. If UK approval, can sell at USD175 above Dundee Jews' price + able to sell in very large block volume.

Thanks to LKT's UAE royalty connections and his effort to resolve trial cost issues, after numerous months of delays and delays , finally the UAE approval most likely will be around July 2025 using the result of a small scale clinical trial currently ongoing inside UAE using UAE citizens and fully paid for by the UAE govt. This approval is a very high probability event, much higher than the probability of a UK approval. Assuming UK no approval but UAE give approval, Taurx share price will move up post-UAE approval from USD80/90 to USD100+. The Chinese drug regulator NMPA can give HMTM a "Conditional" Approval on the basis that HMTM must first have first an approval from another country, else Taurx will have to do a new clinical trial inside China using Chinese citizens as trial patients. The domestic laws of most country's drug approval system is like that. First country to approve, the approval must be based on clinical trial involving their own country's citizens. Taurx share price will spike up after China NMPA's Conditional Approval, pending UK or UAE as the first country to approve HMTM.

Trader sold a landed factory property in Singapore + used up SGD millions cash in hand + took up a covid era 2% flat rate huge long term loan from bank to finance my final batch of Taurx share purchase (Rights + Warrant shares). Trader & family has 0.6% Taurx shares now, but Im still in a long term loan debt from bank. Yes trader is still in bank debt now, not a glamorous thing the declare here. Its a calculated showhand bet I took during Rights/warrant exercise at USD30 / USD45 three years ago. I took up all my Taurx rights entitlement then + subscribed for max rights entitlement from "Excess" pool of rights entitlement and was alloted abt 20% of my pre-rights shareholdings. Thats the max I can buy from that Rights issue if I didnt use my "superb creative plan" to fully capitalise on that Rights/warrant issue event. I solicited to buy extra rights entitlement from very large shareholders who have plenty of rights entitlement targeting those who most likely didnt have the cash to subscribe their rights entitlement hence their extra rights entitlement will be thrown into the "Excess Pool" FOC if they dont sell them to me. There is a cut-off date to the Rights subscription, it became a "Who-Blink-First" dare game. I had to insist that my price is the max max I can offer and refused to pay any dollar more. Its a short deadline, with the deadline getting nearer and nearer, no deal with me means all unsubscribed rights from these large shareholders will be thrown into the "Excess Pool" FOC for excess rights entitlement allotment which will end up with Taurx 2nd largest shareholder (a Chinese shareholder), the full underwriter to the rights issue. Im sharing here this is how trader managed to accumulate my super large block of final Taurx share purchase at super low price. I studied the entire Rights/ warrant issue situation very carefully and see how to turn a "disaster" from most shareholders' POV into a potential huge goldmine. Think "Out Of The Box". Capitalise on the situation and make money out from it. Dare to bet big, dare to make big. Sore losers like Han Jian MM just like to slander trader holding 0.6% as BS lies. Trader sold my Singapore factory property + used up all my SGD millions of cash war chest + took up huge bank loan to scoop up those Taurx shares at rock bottom price with both hands.

A few months after the USD30 Rights issue, I flipped sold 5k shares at USD120 each to help finance the upcoming warrant subscription. After the initial 1st June 2022 Lucidity trial result announcement, there was a Chinese buyer that could absorb 200k shares at USD240 each then. From the initial Lucidity result announcement, I found it strange Taurx was comparing active dose VS historical ADNI data (all placebo patients' results from all previously recorded AD trials) and not our own trial placebo patients. The insiders were very tight lipped abt this when I asked them. But LKT sold 30m GenB shares then was already a strong hint. I did suspect of another possible "Active placebo issue" but greed got into me and I didnt sell any shares to that Chinese buyer. After Oct 2022 when the "Active placebo issue" surfaced, price dropped to USD150 which I sold a few k shares to cover back my huge bank loan first. Price slowly creeped back up to USD200 after a series of positive data like NfL, 18 months / 24 months data etc. I sold some at high price then and managed to buy back some at lower price thinking that Im a superb trader, until that final Dundee Jews transaction halted everything. I did my best already, and will leave it to TeeKong for this Taurx investment.

We all hope UK will eventually give HMTM Full Approval. I do hope those 140 new questions from MHRA will be the last and no more new questions later on. All the best to our Taurx Royal Flush in 2026. That’s the ultimate goal and aim. Once Taurx Royal Flush cards all fall in place, you will eventually witness the real power of Taurx. Confirm and guarantee everyone’s jaw will drop.
