Tipster, results only out between 26 - 29. Should be between 8 - 12 million as forecasted by CIMB and MIDF. They shouldn't get that wrong as already received whisper numbers from Mgmt as the CIMB report is quite recent towards late November. People buying the stock for FY16 results which is still a big Question Mark. You will only know in May for the 1QFY16

Reminds me of Heveaboard, IFCA and other counters earlier... sudden massive decline and after that a steady recovery to the heights of RM1.70 and 1.84 before both counters went down the drain... If the fundamentals are in-tact, it will be good to have a refreshed investors - those who will continue to hold. Off late, the trading volume was fairly stale.. series of good news was also not taken positively

Btw, i heard that Company is planning a road show in HK through CIMB. Not sure if this will actually improve the publicity on the stock. 1QFY16 results will be the main catalyst. They appear to be focusing in raising equity for its construction projects leading me to think that they want to demonstrate the margins from some of their secured projects. Only time will tell

1) Beijing Construction to come in to take 10% in Vivocom in the 2H private placement! All Beijing Construction jobs in the ASEAN region to be subcontracted to Vivocom directly as it will benefit Beijing indirectly

I don't know where marketrumours got his rumours from. That is why most rumours prove to be false news ;)

Today, Brahmal (BV) no longer carry with him the best market perception as an individual investor (not to be confused with his private equity fund, Creador). His name is now synonymous with stocks with "goreng" potential (I meant good potential) i.e. IFCA, Mulpha Land, SMRT, etc. If I am offered shares at 0.25 (with CIMB's TP at RM0.67) and an immediate market gain of up to 10%, it is definitely a good deal. Even if he choose to sell at 0.270 - 0.270, he is entitled to do so and he shouldn't be faulted for taking the risk in investing with the Company. Remember that he exited IFCA after several weeks of holding it to profit on the gain.

Sources mentioned that that BV is unlikely going to take up another block of shares (he would have done so if he wanted in the earlier placement) as it is clear that the company is now adamant looking to issue the share price above the previous price of RM0.25 (as he was uncomfortable given the rise of the then Instacom price). The company has initially succeeded in generating the retail as they insisted on BV coming in earlier but at a cost. The market makers had to throw the shares in the market do depress the share price even further which had lead to a decline in public confidence. News after news which were released also failed to attract retail investors and lead to lower share price allowing the market makers to further consolidate their holdings lost earlier.

The company will now just sit and wait as they know that the coming results are likely to be satisfactory and start getting people interested again. Who knows the market markets will then start "working" again as they really need the fund. Company targeting RM700 million revenue for FY2016 which means that they will need up to RM70 million in equity/ financing. No face lo if the second tranche is done at 0.25 or lower...
