Dnex is not for speculation cos it's not wildly volatile enough....I bought into HRC CA when it was first issued and made 20k in 30 minutes..day traders should sniff out opportunities that help them make good money every day... and not brag about 1 sen 2 sens gain a week and try act like guru lor...

He said the company was also keen to enter the power generation sector in Indonesia and is currently in the process of building a mini hydro plant in the country with a capacity of two to three megawatts (mW), as well as a geothermal energy station with a capacity of 30 mW.

If missiles are fired at Guam..an all out war will erupt between NK and countries NK feels they want to drag to hell with...namely Japan, South Korea and the US...with China and the rest of the world not in favour of further provocation, the crux of the current " Mexican stand down" boils down to whether Trump will go soft or shut up....now we hear Trump saying no President loves peace more than Trump himself....so maybe he finally realised how close he is pushing his nation to war.

Of the 2 possible candidates for M&A in the rumour mill here, I would say 1) acquiring MYEG is most exciting as their earnings track record is strong....acquiring them will at least double Dnex's revenue and boost its share price massively...also, merging with a strong industry player will pump up DNEX financial muscle for bigger expansion plans in future...Censof should be very happy too since Dnex is its cash cow.
2) merging with Censof has no value to add. ...It's nothing to be excited being appointed as the agent of a new cloud based accounting software with no proven track record. Ask any professional salesperson and they'll tell u that marketing a new product,, no matter how superior in quality, is a tough job as long as it has no proven track record..also.. unless it's cheap or free... most SMEs are tightening their belts now in such weak economic environment and will be unwilling to spend.
If Dnex really intends to merge with Censof, then this sell down is understandable....as reflection of investors' disappointment..but I think it's overdone. A rebound is inevitable unless insiders already know DNEX QR2 will be a BIG let down...which I hope not...the MD'scredibility is at stake too since he had impressed us so much and given so many bullish comments.

In share price terms, DNEX is a laggard...by now, DNEX share price should be above 0.60s... waiting to break into 0.70s or 0.80s after this QR...Now we're left with a bitter taste in our mouth after the retreatment of price to pre- QR1 level.. so much for a promising growth stock!..As an investor, capital returns are all we care about ..2nd to the company's performance. No point a company reports shiny and impressive results but the share price shows no interest and pride to reflect its status.. this, in my PERSONAL opinion, is not productive and a waste of precious time...imagine a late entrant like myself in April, waited 4 months, only to go back to restart. I had wasted 4 months of golden opportunities presented by other stocks..However, I hate to lose and want to take back my lost profits for last 4 months..then I will say goodbye to Dnex and better use my Dnex funds elsewhere..I'm just glad my other stocks are reflecting their true potential value and does not behave like Dnex, in shate price terms. Good luck to us the loyal Dnexians. Hopefully, we'll see bigger gains following this QR since some of us have increased our capiral Investment. Should it disappoint, the MD's credibility is at stake too and we should just seriously consider better alternative counters.
