Dude. If you were really as sure as you about oil dropping to 20 as you would hv us believe, then you wouldn't be playing stocks at all.

You'd be putting all you money where your mouth is. Into commodity futures. You'd be using margin money to multiply your trading power 100 times. Then you'd be selling WTI at 54, or Brent at 60, this week, then putting order to buy back WTI at 20, or brent at 26, in 3 months time.

You don't compare Malaysia with Venezuela, which is giving away petrol to its people practically for free, at US$0.02. Don't ask me how their economic system works. I hear it's not doing that well, even with almost-free petrol.

At least Saudi Arabia, with much larger reserves than Venezuela, is selling petrol at US$0.16 per litre, a more sensible price.

And there is one more thing that you don't seem to know.

The oil that we produce, we do not sell as products locally. We export the crude as it commands a good price, becoz it is sweet (i.e. low sulphur) crude.

We buy sour (i.e. high sulphur) crude from abroad, becoz it is cheaper, refine it here, then sell the products locally.
