With the strangle hold of the tight shareholding by FELDA, there is ONLY one sifu, expert, analyst, etc, in this, and that is FELDA. Better believe it. If they want it up it will be up. Forget about CPO, quarterly results or technical analysis like the "white marubozu candlestick". The call is with FELDA. Since when is the CPO increase or positive quartly reports reflected in the price? Only thing for sure is a GO, which will happen sooner or later.

Never, FELDA is not silly enough to push it that high. They already got enough control to manipulate it if needed to, any way they want. $2.00 Is only possible with a GO.

It is Felda manipulating this counter today. Good question is are they selling and taking a decent profit or are they secretly buying to get over the threshold before Bursa wakes up.

3M+ turnover. Can't see how FELDA is not part of this.

Buy today, then maybe a GO next week of 1.80+?

That mean a GO is definately on the cards next week.

If the majority of that sales of 2.9m share done today belong to FELDA then they would have cross the 80% threshold.

Felda can sell some of their acceptance and still make a decent profit.

Only need another 2,400,000 for FELDA to be holding 80% . Forget about the public shareholding spread. Who is in charge? Is Bursa the regulator or a puppet for FELDA because of someone else pulling some strings? If I am not mistaken it is illegal to keep accumulating towards 80% without making a GO. I suppose rules are meant to be broken if you can get way with it.

Watch out for the sales pitch from the snake oil saleman.

Exactly what I have posted earlier. What is the point of the extension? For the record FELDA's reported holdings on 14/1 was 79.85%, 20/1 was 79.87%, latest 3/2 was 79.93%. Does that tell us they are trying to increase the PUBLIC SHAREHOLDING SPREAD! They are not even trying.

Something is going to happen within 6 months. It's just a waiting game. It should have been over after 1 year not another 6 months!

FELDA (majority shareholder outright) on latest holding report stands at 79.91%.The 87% includes all the rest of the other major shareholders including EPF, KWAP etc.

There should never even be a consideration for "Malay Unity". it should be more about "Malaysian Unity". We have been brainwash for over 60 Years.

All the shareholders who accepted the takeover offer were cheated. There was no takeover because they fell short of the number of acceptances.Since then "FELDA" has been constantly mopping up shares even above the offer price. All acceptances should be cancelled & refunded! Something very wrong here and needs urgent correction.

Can't understand how Bursa can make an announcement that at 31/12/2021 the public shareholding spread stands at 13.07%. According to the records reported by Bursa on 31/12/2021, FELDA holds 12.415% indirect + 67.366% direct, which leaves a left over of 20.219% that is deemed free public shareholding.

It has got nothing to do with changing the name. It is the KARMA reaction due mainly to dishonesty of one man's action. Getting rid of this person might be better than changing the name or change in direction of the company.

How on earth are they going to comply if the major shareholder keeps accumulating with no regard to the extensions previously given. FELDA are acting as though they can do anything they want, forget about all the rest of the shareholders on even the regulators.

If a takeover is still in FELDA's strategy then the WAP for last couple of weeks is around 1.50.
