Base on my observation, my 2cent point of view. From the way, management plan it, I am looking forwards 2nd phase of growth is on its way. Let’s just wait and see.

Why revenue decided to have warrant B at this current scenario because Warrant A has insufficient time to capture the second phase growth value in full , so they need to have a new warrant now while mother share price is still low in order for existing shareholders of the company to benefit from any potential capital appreciation of the warrant. In addition to this , warrant B and A are tools that will help existing shareholders to minimise dilution that to be caused by issuing new shares for possible acquisitions and placement of shares to third parties for fundraising by the company.
