Something is really abnormal regarding bjcorp, so many hidden agenda in company bussinesses,Only founder can push this counter to higher market value or drag lower prices.Such congromerate ,so many bursa company can't dream to compare with it, in terms of resources,financing,diversify structure or relationship influence. I really don't want to talk about how to grow its businesses. In share market, always can up or down , but so many things bjcorp seems like keeping unknown. Switch 12% bjland to bjcorp , what the purpose? Make book value or else.. ...

First the all, I have to admit my mistake regarding purchase of 12% bjland, but i still angry about it. Sencondly, cash out in China project also make me wired, but it is necessary due to currency Malaysia badly depreciated . Thirdly, my pick of bjcorp , is hurts my soul due to 看走眼 highly expected. Even so, i really frighten to get more if the price drops to 35c or less. Really shame of bjcorp can reach this leval.

So, is truthlah, he is a crook but this pointing legal can't work. All fees & others expenses paid to directors is to flunk or cheats the Company.

Depend the 1st qtr 2016 finacial result, any project results good with return , any special rewards from bjcorp,any proposal that can benefited , u only expected nothing or tankuku until VT decided to push up!

Last time i remind, if this scheme can go through, any bursa company also can . Malaysia minority, investors will pay the steep price. By letting sc increase share qty back door way and burden company finacial liabillity , acquired 12% without any investment returnt,especially self company.

To all shareholder, Issue Iculs & call warrant is like morgage yours house to purchase 12% book value ( rm 1 can become 38c like bjcorp share hardly move ) of bjland that probably lose more than gain. Previous issuance already felt, Bjcorp own 60 over % bjland ,why must additional 12%. I rather give this 12% to tight VT as rewarding trophy if company make huge gain. Violate the minority right long term by all sort of interest paid to iculs, Share volume 100 become 100% over, shrink of share value purchased , bjland value loss during market uncertainty. Furhermore ,are u certain this bjland woudn't create more debt in future? 30c is ONLY a gain of $179.7m.. Don't forget cash paid 66m & NTA also reduce if this transaction done.

If this 12% acquires can go through & affect the Company policy ,minority right. I myself & minority shareholder needs to tell the public. All the company use this scheme, will impacts the confidence of investor who's ignorant .

Where is atuk, calvin ,cyphua...Even the jeju & other big projects, future trends or forcast can be determined? Of course i haven't got time to play the CD. How to play or invest? Unknown & so mysterious!

Giant is sleeping while national issues is roaring .Oversea market uncertain or correction seems to happen.Berjaya Corp is cash shortage for oversea projects and some more...? How ? Seems like sinking further waiting budget, qtr results expecting miracles !!!

Berjaya Corp OA, is a iculs converted to ordinary shares but not entitled for dividend or voting at this coming AGM according this forum member said earlier.

To MyView, even now price 35c is still very cheap, but since this major shareholder willingly drop the price to unbelievable leval at affordable let q'ty. Let say his thrown 1000k lots at lower 1c , the panic investor also follows ,then they got chance to manipulate since now people afraid to buy. So this major shareholder affordable to let q'ty must keep account. Furthernore beside Calvin point out 3 events, is really up to VT to decide when the price will shoot up ,but the magnitude ?? Secondly why the price will not go lower, Bjcorp really among the best Co, the only thing is judging the best price & keep average low, hold power against time. So Calvin, at least 5~10yrs I get it. But you think the actual value for this stock for short ,mid should be rest at what range. This is only for review,not serious . Long term 3~5 yrs price is still maybe at this leval?
