Total share held after consultation
=2500+3750+2500
=8750

Cost per share =rm1225/8750= rm0.14

If substantial shareholders implement MGO at rm0.14, you will lose your transaction fee. If they want to maintain listing then you profit or loss depends on performance of share price.
