Write a comment..Don't forget RKM can running Unit1 n 2 to fulfill the 350MV requirements by UTTAR PRADESH. The actual tariff is Rs5.088 = rm0.332. UTTAR PRADESH state even asked RKM to supply power earlier than 30Oct2016 and PPA stated they wanted to purchase 350MV no matter how RKM generate it. The PPA also stated RKM can provide more than 350MV at peak season as per request by UTTAR PRADESH. so rm1bil income per annum is not a problem. The PPA is available online, Pls read and study it carefully.

Delay in approval of cost plus tarrif under revised PPA probably means CHHATTIGARH state government because of power over supply. Anyway nobody know unit 1 already starts fire up or not.

Big company like Fairfax n Blackstone definitely will sell their share even suffer hugh loss if they think that this company is hopeless. They still stay means problems can be solve once RKM unit1 starts fire up.

Of course big sharks can get first hand information if Unit1 starts fire up, but at least they have to pay higher price to buy share from ikan bilis.

If I found something new, I will post here to prevent ikan bilis sell cheap.

Here is my revised calculation for Unit1 revenue after I read the actual PPA signed by RKM in Mar 2016: 350000kw/hour*0.332*24*365( unit2 can support during maintenance time)
=RM1.018bil. Now most important thing is to let Unit1 fire up first to solve financial issues. Since UTTAR PRADESH still suffering power deficit, they may consider to buy more power from RKM. I am not suggesting anybody to buy or to sell, your money you decide.

When mudajya at RM2++, all said cheap and chased for it. Now so many people scare even at 0.7++. Most people lose money because buy high sell low. When tenaga at rm5, all analyst rate it hold or sell, none of them dare to rate it buy. I managed to gain a Exora because I don't 100 percent trust analyst. They can provide you some useful information not means they are always right.

RKM owns 74 percent India power plants and 2 unit generators are get ready ( COD) , state government agreed to purchase 35 percent of total capacity and received a letter of intent from UTTAR PRADESH POWER CORP ltd for signing long term PPA to purchase 350MV. Everything are getting ready only wait for final approval. You think such a huge project can fail at this stage and let billions of money blast? Enron failed at final stage? Enron owns only 26 percent share of India power plant ? My calculations of revenue and projects cost are based on rating report of irca.in not just agak-agak. Anyway, who wants to sell just go ahead and do it next week. I am waiting at 0.75, revise up because of new projects coming in.

I trust Fairfax. Anybody wanna to sell, please go ahead. Next week can sell at higher price because new big project come in.

Once all unit in India power plants fire up, total revenue is about 2.8bil. Total project cost is estimated raised to 7.4bil from 5bil. I think the revenue can cover all expenses and contribute about 70mil to 80mil per profit to Mudajya as estimated by management.

Happy for those ikan bilis who still keep their share, sad for big sharks lose chance to catch more ikan bilis. From my analysis, big shareholders are still keeping their share, only less than 3 percent changed hand (may be from left to right). They are so calm means they know everything and confidence mudajya will success in near future.

Thanks to 400523. Now I feel relief because at least I know RKM managed to sell 59 percent of their total power capacity at cost plus tariff under revised PPA. After they obtain COD for unit3 n 4, I think they manage to sell more because 20 per cent old coal plants will be shutting down. Cost overrun will be compensated with cost plus tariff. Furthermore, new projects will be cancelled means less competitor in future.

I dare to challenge big sharks to press down the price to 0.73. I will transfer all my fund from others counter to buy habis-habis because I hope to earn a Camry within 2 years from this counter. Thanks in advance to big sharks help let me buy cheap. I just try to help ikan bilis don't fall in trap n lose your hard earned money.
