the market is just reacting to the news of Covid Second Wave and US stock market, (it's a REACTION) and generally retail players will run for their lives, when movement goes down. all counters with/without strong fundamentals are affected, but it's better to ride this temporary storm than start selling ... because the sun will come out again soon :)

1Q20 is a turnaround quarter for Tek Seng.
The previous quarter was dragged by the huge impairment coming from Solar segment but in this quarterly report, there is no longer Solar contribution. Drilling deeper into PVC segmental results, the segment actually grew by 169%!
Besides PVC, they have this PP Non-Woven Fabric that supplies to the medical segment (surgical gowns, scrubs). Tek Seng will benefit from Covid-19.
