Elitestar, I read the latest circular. Only mentioned the rights to manage and develop hotel etc, not clear if they entitled to cash from the hotel. For current 4 hotel in Tandop, will get paid management fee only as Tandop will incur day to day operating cost. Haven't announce any plan to build hotel how to get the RM800k annual. I'm scratching head why pay so much now.

Sterling pay RM 3.5 million to Tandop and get guarantee RM 800k profit. but Sterling dont get share in Tandop. How profit go into Sterling? no shares held also, profit not equal cash. Don't know if Sterling run the hotel entitle to take home the cash. Apa macam ?? Sifu can help me understand how can translate into Sterling performance.
