NT agree with you. Kfima uptrend is continue. I observe that Kfima NTA easily can increase by 0.10 per quarter. Even the planantion buiness has recorded reduced profit last quarter, the NTA has increased by 0.10 per quarter from 2.07 to 2.17 in the first quarter. If I were to annualise, the NTA should be increased to 2.57 by end of FY 2012/2013.
Please do not forget that CPO is now tradng above 3,000 per tonne that
means we should see improved profit in 2nd quarter of 2012.
Cash wise, it should increase to RM280 million or cash per share 1.10 per share. That means after deducted RM1.10 cash per share at the current price 2.25 -1.10= 1.15, we are paying for the shares at 1.15 which is at p/E 4

Gark, you better listen to SMART HAI CKSING AND DATUK , buy stock like NICORP, OLYMPIA, UTOPIA, they are very very cash rich company managed by very smart Chinese.
Please do not touch KFIMA. KFIMA has only have RM260 million net cash or RM 1 cash per share. whereas the above companies have mutlti billion net cash and trading at P/E 30 whcih is very low where KFIMA has P/E which is very high.
The NTA of Kfima which has been increased from 2.05 to 2.17 (12 sen incease in one quarter if I annualise for 4 quarters should be increased to RM2.53 by this year) AND THIS INCREASE IS TOO SMALL.
SO SELL YOUR KFIMA PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LISTEN TO CKSING AND DATUK THE SMARTEST HAI HERE!!!!!!! THEY HAVE ASKED PEOPLE TO SELL BONIA AND LOOK AT BONIA NOW 2.60 WHAT A BIG DROP.

Good Please sell your Kfima to me. I am queing at 2.27. The more the better. Btw, plantation only contributes about 33% to the net profit of the company. May be CKinsg should wake up why my sifu CK Loh is always doing his homeowrk.

Please do not forget that Kfima has
(1) 5,500 hectre planantion in Miri Sarawak
(2) 6000 Hectre plantation land in Kalimamtan Indonesia and
(3) 1,500 hectre plantation land in Johor Bahru. (pls see the annual report)
If I calculate the land value alone in Malaysia which is selling at RM32,000/acre, that means, the land value alone in Malaysia is 7,000 hectre =17,297 acres x RM32,000=RM553,504,000.
Please do not forget this does not include plantation in Indonesia.

SJB, if you were to read Public Bank report on Kfima let me quote here
"Shorter-term contracts. Contracts for bank notes range between 6 to 7 months, and for yearly contracts, from 1 to 1 ½ years basis. The tendering process has become more tedious since 2003 as all bank note manufacturing facilities must be
audited prior to each awarded contract.
That means Kfima won the contract on the capability rather than political connection.

Kfima entry level = 1.86+1.90+2.00+2.10+2.20+2.26+2.28 (my biggest shareholding now--- average up nicely.)
Weida entry level = 1.38+1.38+1.40+1.42 now market price is 1.45
Perisai entry level=0.925+0.935+0.940
Zhulian entry level = 2.10+2.20+2.25+2.28 Have received RM3 sen dividend on 23/08/2012 for 25K. Now market price is 2.50
