That AI tenanted is related to digital banking a consortium with Sea Limited was awarded a digital banking licence by Bank Negara Malaysia.
Don't need to blow it to Shopee ya.
I asking beside Sea any other tenant has signed YTLP AI data center?
How YTLP going to compete with technology giant like Google, Microsoft etc who also setup huge AI data center in Malaysia.
Think about it. Don't over excited. Look at how YTLP manage the failure YES telecommunications. How Vincent Tan manage his U-Mobile

TA already reflected the market sentiment on YTLP already entered downtrend cycle. Don't use fake FA data to con yourself and other people.
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. The AI data center still in early stage. No one knows this going to turned into profit for YTLP.

Another 2 weeks from now. If this 2 weeks going down trend, expected some big surprise.
Overall uptrend already broken. Unless got super good news to turn the around.
BTW any announcement on tenant signed the AI data center? So far only one right? That one also a YTL related company.

EBITDA positive but net profit still negative. Conclusion = Useless.
Even the net profit is positive, can collect the receivables from bad debts customers? Cannot collect back the bad debts still have to supply the water to them according to UK's law. Cannot cut water like Malaysia. So how? The financial controller said periodically kasi write off the bad debts lah. Kaw Tim!
