May i ask regarding the RCPS investment. Does it mean the investor may choose:
A. Change RCPS to IPO share in YPO.
B. Get 12.5-14.5% annual dividend from money invested (1.5b). over 5 years, this = x2 of total amount invested = 3b usd
Meaning if choose option A, company no need to pay for dividend, right? not both at the same time, correct?

YTL Power reported 5.74 sen EPS for the quarter ending September and 13.16 sen EPS for the quarter ending June. It has reported reduced profit. Yinson through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yinson Renewables (S) Pte Ltd, has completed its acquisition of an additional 57.5% equity interest in Rising Sun Energy Private Limited (“RSE”), an India-incorporated company with two operational solar plants in the Bhadla Solar Park, Rajasthan, India. The entry into this agreement was announced on 21st August 2020.

Yinson had previously acquired a 37.5% stake in RSE in March 2020. With the completion of this latest transaction, Yinson now holds a controlling stake of 95.0%. Accordingly, Yinson will also consolidate RSE as a subsidiary in its financial statements
