I think people with negative comments here just waiting for the price to drop so that they can make money out of it (selfish people). Better don't waste your time here.

Datuk Seri M Saravanan visited ATA IMS today to discuss the allegations issues of forced labour. He also visited the company’s employee hostel to check the conditions of accommodation.

He have commented that everything at ATA is to satisfactory level.

MrsLim, totally agree with you. ATA do not have any major issues with Dyson. I guess every companies in the world have foreign workers issues which can be solved.

Every problems, there is a solutions.

All this syndicates and activists have their own agendas. They just want all this public listed companies to appoint them as advisor or to be the board members in their companies after the allegations which created by them.

If you DON’T give them overtime, they will strike!! If you give them overtime, they will say forced labour!!

If this foreign workers not happy working overtime or not happy with the employer, they should make a complain to their Embassies not to “syndicates” or “activists”.

I’m sure ATA will make press statement very soon to clear all the allegations against them.

I think many people don't understand about PATI Recalibration Program. This is a special program to legalise illegal foreign workers in Malaysia to become legal foreign workers employed by eligible employers. Syndicates claims this as forced labour! Rather than this workers suffer without salary and without a place to stay, Malaysia government is giving these illegal immigrants who wish to work legally a chance to repent.

Thousands of foreign workers and locals losing their job because of this syndicates personal gain. Now Dyson will regret for their hash decision as well ? Is this what you call “Human Rights” to destroy everyones rice bowl ???

Dyson has fallen into the syndicate’s trap. All this well planned by the syndicate so called “activist”. Now the syndicate is looking at VS and SKP in terms of potential forced labour issues.

Will Dyson terminate the contract with VS and SKP too ? OR Dyson go back to ATA to continue the business ?
