Just be sure to regularly (or monthly) reduce your holdings when price keep going up, and buy back batch by batch, when it drop back. Don't expect them not to play it up again haha, after dropping. Just that we don't know, but we still can be in the game.

Caitlyn, KFIMA is a good company, viable businesses. good enough fundamentals, 5yr records shows roughly a 300% gain, but 1yr showings are quite poor, around 10-20%. Besides looking for companies that are good, I would wish to deploy my investment for more than that, that's why I didn't buy KFIMA. At least not now..thx

Hmm, I went through some of the reports and articles on this. Seems good to me. They went through a rough patch, but I think the next one year or so from now, would be an entirely different thing. Look at the construction and property development projects lined up, the improvement will come rapidly too. In the past construction projects featured prominently in their revenue, but this time, property development (plus timber, etc etc) will come into the limelight. The difference between the two is that, property development are planned and approval duration are more accurate to predict than construction projects, I think. Other comments welcome, lets discuss, and see if this merit our attention. thx

A bonus issue can be rewarding for shareholders, considering the small share issued, plenty of room to move on this and it can come all of a sudden, add more sweeteners please, free warrants,, hahaha

A lot of companies that undergo bonus and split issues are like that. Example Wellcal, HupSeng, there is nothing wrong with these companies. except that the valuations are high now due to being chased up earlier.
In the case of Wellcall, it has stabilize long ago at 1.50 and now on its way up. For HupSeng, its stabilizing around 1.13, 1.14, and it should be over soon too. As for Excel, still I see some weakness, where there are still shareholders that intent to dispose and have not.

My cores I don't change much, Wellcall, CBIP, LTKM, Ptaras, Protasco, Prestariang, Gkent, Century, etc

Others are shorter term, eg KGB, MMSV, PJDEV, Mitra, Superlon, HapSeng, TA, etc

Pintaras have been getting lots of high profile jobs lately, we can expect that the Q report should be good as their margins are reasonably good. It has so far not moved much, but its a matter of time. As their shares issued are only 160m, much less than CBIP, I am waiting for it to declare a bonus issue. LOL

The company had been buying back its own shares for quite some time. Recently they are selling the treasury shares. Purpose is to make money out of it?
Notice the amount of treasury shares are big and the selling Q is big also. By doing so, isn't it the price will drop?
Really don't quite understand what they are doing.
My thinking is that they are having hugh development project running into billions, so they need some funds and are selling some T shares.
