Answer : Well, chatters in my wassap about some big rally after state erections! Provided things remain status quo! I mean PH remains in Penang, Selangor and N Sembilan! Perhaps Kedah! As long as the unintelligents continue to remain in Kelantan, and Terreganu, it's fine! Let's wait and see! But somewhat i have given up on bursa! My little property business is making more than 20k a month on leisure mode, which provide me, wifey and my son family good part time income!

I believe, Rafizi is genuinely reforming our system! PM Anwar is a joke but at least he let Rafizi the room to do reforms! The new anti Alibaba law will be tabled soon! This is another brilliant law! At last the wastage of deep corruption finally been address!

We used to mock Rafizi as 'Raja Formula'! But of late, we already see his fruits of labour! And i say, i give Rafizi all thumbs up! His IPR vending was a brilliant idea! I have said many times that vending is necessity rather than novelty in Malaysia! And out of the blue, Rafizi already materialized this! It takes a very brave politician to do something out of the ordinary and yet will become a very normal thing in our future!
In fact, vending has many uses! Like in Japan, restaurant no longer collect money from customers, instead they install a vending that take orders and collect money! So restarant ownders can focus on preparing their food!

Never mind, what we will see ahead for US is not of high inflation but deflation! Today, as expected, US inflation rate has tame down to 3%! Will Fed raise interest again, of course! They already set their sight on last 2 hikes this year! Is it necessary, of course not! And this will be major problem for US if Fed proceed to do so!
So let's see if Fed continue with they self inflicted blunder! Because the 2 last hike is totally unnecessary!
As for Malaysia, actually our rate is still considered low! We still can make 2 hikes this year too! But i think even without hike, ringgit will start to strengthen again as US dollar will slowly weaken ahead!

I guess the Fed is behind the curve most of the time! With so many dinosaurs making decisions, Fed has been wrong for the longest time!
Thanks to their super speed rate hike, few banks have already close shop! If they are so good, how come this happen!
And now Fed will deal with problem they are trying to solve! High inflation! But few months from now, defation will set in!
China just enter deflation! The cause is clear! US and EU no longer China biggest consumers! However in China case, exports are now re routed to less wealthy countries like Africa, Asean and so forth! China only need to adjust or rather lower their expectations!
However in US case, they have no such option! China is US biggest consumer! And if China decide to take their investment elsewhere, then US is toasted!

Get on with HSR! It's a very sure success story! Singpore KL route is the busiest in the world!

Malay special rights and position of Islam is none issue! The Lims are not given any position in unity governemnt hence the zero race religion toxic game played by the Lims no longer apply!

Don't worry about malay special rights and position of Islam! It's on very solid ground! What matter the most is that malays continue to enjoy VVIP support to perform their umrah in Mecca! We should see the decaying after state erections! Best case, PH retains Penang, N Sembilan and Selangor! Worst case, PN actually makes inroad in N Sembilan and Selangor!
And if things flip to the worst case scenario, then i say, prepare for intense nonsense of race and religion which we should have left behind long ago!
What i am trying to say is, we malaysians are drowning in our own turd!

In short, Malaysia is no difference from third world country now! Except we have infras that may reflect otherwise but for how long! Maybe in half a century from now, Malaysia will be so backward that tourists flock to Malaysia to see how backward we are! You know, vacation to Asia slum country! Yeah, Malaysia is heading to become a slum country! If PN gain power to Putrajaya!

On the other hand, majority malays are also becoming more and more conservative and inward! And worse, regressing! Majority malays are more interested in worshiping fake holymen that respect those who excel in knowledge! Have you realise this!

As for STEM subjects, it seems Gen Z also no longer keep to keep up with real world knowledge! This is super worrying!
