Total Accumulated dividend given out is 6 cents in six months times , this is a outstanding performance,(almost 10% return base on current share price and during this pandemic) With the us inflation rate pressure is becoming higher and higher (us is the global interest rate indicator), predicting and foresee the bond and property (btr) will be the safe zone for many global fund manager. I guess this might be one of the reason why the global properties market is booming. @warchest, I really salute your good observation and thanks for your explanation, I am agreed with you, it is really "Nothing to be concerned about " as it is just the Hong Leong group internal restructuring exercising only. If I am not mistaken, this off market trade was happen on 16th April (today date is 12rd May) , it was already almost one month passed and during this period it did not causing turbulent to the share price and and volume (but only saw share price moving slightly uptrend the volume also slightly increased). This was also not recorded as a Direct business transaction record. Happy investing.

1st quarter if giving out 1 cent is around 2% return per quarter, it is better than FD which is about 1.8% per year I guess,and if coming quarters also performancing and proposing dividend, than the share prices maybe will see significant improvements

Eventhough 1 cent per share is relatively small, but as kinuxian mentioned their position is very healthy in term of cash in hand, lower gearing, and future revenue. Up to 28/2/2021 their secure revenue is more than 400 million. (remember that all this was happening during pendemic & lock down and still they can delivered a impressive performance and good results). I guess With some of the positive input like shortage of home supply for their local, extention of stamp duty exemption, low interest rates, low down payments (5%), hongkee migration, vaccination progression, targeted 10 free trade port, Free trade agreement with many regions, participating in semi final/final of European Cup and competing to host 2030 World Cup and with the company proven result and aggressive in their new venture (whether B+R, JV or own development of new project expansion in just within 3years and 10 months as what warchest had mentions). Beside that I personally feel it really need a very strong team to be able to sail through so many turbulent and yet still progressing and delivering a good end result. I guess some short term speculator seeing it as not their favourable counter as they can't take short term profit (5,10,20 or50%) since it is not fluctuating daily like others whereby they can take fast profit by going in & coming out fast, some even talk down on this counter when they are lock by T2.

Agreed with you, since ipo, I guess I noticed that they have successfully penatrated and expanded into uk & Aus property market when most of their local players started to hold back their expansion due to election, brexit and some of the major issues that caused uncertainty. Now they have a strong foot in those market. Now every country are racing to become the 1st one who normalised their border. So as mention earlier, since they are self produce vaccine country with few local factory and very progressing in vaccination, I guess they will be able coming out fast. So to this company who able to go through all these turbulent and became great success now and future.

It is very true, they have a very good strategy and well planned ahead.in term of vaccination for their people and back order (access order apart for their nation, maybe for their oversea nation as well which involved external trade and support policy). The uk has their capability to do that as two of the vaccine plant are located inside their country if i am not mistaken. Some of the vaccine plant in oversea receive their vaccine from uk and helping them to carry out the final packing only. (Eventhough they have placed their order from some of these overseas factory.)

More than one million of uk people already have been taken up covid-19 vaccine since the approval granded. Foresee uk should be the first country back to normal in a very near terms. Wonder whether those well doing Hongkee (UK passport holders or PR) or others oversea family would flying to uk to take up the vaccine.

Uem had disposing their Aus property in 2016 for A58mil although it make some gain on it but overall it still seem not so promising in term of their Aus expansion property development market. My personal view (might be incorrect) the uem merger with ecoworld (one of the major shareholder of ewint) beside of strategic partnership, future revenue, gearing improvement and ecoworld fladship in Malaysia market, they maybe also considering any possibility of current and future JV project in Aus with "ewint", as uem have just acquired a mix-use development land in Aus in 24th June 2020 for Au$43mil. Its seem that the new site forms parts of their broader expansion strategy for uem sunrise and continue its active presence in the Aus market. As for ewint since they have landed their ground in Aus and also has showned active and promising result, both this 2 company have huge possibility and future potential.

Brexit deal or no deal, uk itself is still an independent country on its own (the current & future potential are still very substantial) . my understanding is, UK & EU still can follow the independent model of an agreement like Canada & EU, Australia & EU (depand on their willingness) . Since the EU currently is looking for any opportunities of joining the RCEP ( Asian + 5 countries - the biggest market in global), i think there will "Not Be" any of these Asian + 5 country would accept EU condition of accepting their fishing right in any of the asean country water, Neither would accept EU rules is to be follow in the event of dispute or EU policed policies to be follow and adapted to asian country (according to media source on brexit sticking points). With the EU annual Gross domestic product (GDP) recorded shown , the only more potential countries in EU are Germany and France, but some of the others are still in deficit. That is why I personal thought is that, ewint is still very potential in short term (as the result is coming out in a very near team after planting for 4 years), middle term and long term (can divert more development into others countries as well).Future Uk still has a strong economic growth and by taking back the control of its own country rules and policies, they can adjusting their future policy to adapt on economic growth in the near future (Even with the Asian + 5s - China, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand ) since UK already on agreement with some of this country like Japan.
