现在重要的是要知道ceo是谁，还有买下4亿股的神秘人是谁，还有就是7月过后的下半年到底还有多少工程没晨报，上半年的工程已经有3亿左右了，所以在多6亿或9亿左右的工程得标的话随时都能上主板，一个好或不好的公司是要看有没有人投资，没有人投资的是低估，有人投资了就变热门，来不及了。

他是建筑承包商，标下的工程里面还存有资本，所以没本钱的公司是不可能可以做大型的建筑承包商的，所以越要拿下更大型的工程必须拥有资本，所以他也必须筹资才可以标工，而且也必须存有一定的成本来维持半年左右的开销，有些政府工程会3到6个月才出钱，而且也要预备有些工程的拖钱，是很正常的，而且他们还有铝业，进口材料必须现钱，所以有资金没资金这点必须了解。

我是装修商，小的装修商，大型装修商必须先出本钱标工程，大概进行到打桩或一到两个月才可以收到第一个帐，建筑公司大概第一或第二个长才可以看到一点收入，通常会在完成工程后才有看到完整收入，必须看工程需要多久才决定。
