u guys just look back the history from annouced aquisition until SC approval last minute, it was just drama... how come wait for so long to get SC approval then suddenly ophir came to seize can be approved last minute, think about it..

better to put ur money in other fundamentally stable O&G company like Pantech Deleum Ezion, buy in when price is hitting low, lower risk!
