One thing that I couldn't understand is y the directors report their selling almost 'immediately' (next day) after their shares disposal where they actually have a week of timeframe to do so...

If their real intention is to dispose their shares, they could have 'hide' the info for longer period so they can sell at higher prices...

By immediately disclosing the disposal, it won't help the directors if they 'really' want to sell their shares...

Definitely something going behind scene
