Really? Based on the historical chart of Nextnat-WB, total trading volume in open market from public listed date(30/7/2013) until now is 95,200 units only! Do you have any data to prove your statement? It wouldn't affect the mother share price if they really disposed all their warrants in open markets!


4. BASICALLY what Lagenda holding of 192 million is free to them bcos they was paid cash and 120 million warrant !

Really? Pls. check betul-betul before comment it!


5. Nextnet management also take out another 10 million cash to buy the most stupid counter of RA !!!!

Are you 100% confirm & guarantee that RA is the most stupid counter in KLSE. Time will tell you that acquisition is worthy or not.


6. RA boss n wife sold 200 million RA and 20 Million warrant to nextnet !!! something is terrible not right !!!

RA boss & wife sold their shares is none of my business bcos I didn't buy RA share!


7. You should notice after the RA deal, both counters non stop dropping !!!!!!!!

Really? The RA share price was shot up to 7 sen after announcement of RA acquisition. It's not only nextnation & RA are dropping now, but most of the penny stocks such as AT, DSCSOL, XOX, MQtech, etc are also downtrend.

mmaker, FYI current substantial shareholders for nextnation:-

1. Bidang Lagenda Sdn. Bhd: 22.69%
2. Smart Tower Sdn Bhd: 9.48%
3. Tey Por Yee: 6.22%
4. See Poh Yee: 0.7%

Hence, how come you say no big shareholder? Free float is about 60% instead of 80%! I think the share price is depressed by small & medium shareholders like us!!! Wait n see whether have any announcement pertaining to the changes in shareholder within a few weeks!

Andygan, not 7%, is 4% dividend yield! That 0.7 sen dividend have been given for last year financial results.

Anyhow, this year financial results is expected to be poorer than last year, so dividend maybe reduced to < 0.5 sen or 3% dividend yield!

Buy when it's dropped to < 15 sen!

Mike, if nextnation is really dropped to < 4.5 sen, better u don't buy it anymore bcos it's going to be PN17/GN3 company or its financial results suffer a huge loss consistently!!!

For me, it's safe to buy the counter which is bearish condition not bullish bcos less risk dan downside is minimum.

I think the lowest price it will drop is 8 sen! I will double top up if it's really dropped to 7 sen!!

Maybe before listing of new rights share, the big sharks / BOD will try to push up the share price to > 10 sen to unload their subscribed rights share.

mmaker, do you think the big sharks / BOD will throw their shares at < 8.5 sen if their subscribed rights share price is minimum 10.5 sen (10 sen right share + 0.5 sen OR)?

Although they can get free warrant at average 2 sen per lot mother share (assume new warrant trading price is 4 sen; 2 rights share : 1 warrant)

Their total subscription cost after deduction of 2 sen warrant price is still at least 8.5!

My advice is:-

Sell your Nextnation-OR to get back some money if you don't want to subscribe the rights share.

TuaHuat, Hovid is a defensive growth stock, good to buy when it's dropped to < 30 sen. Current price is quite high for me!

For example: AT, DSCSOL, XOX, etc!

And also don't buy the stock at downtrend already after moving up sharply.

Vinvin, you must know how to buy at low especially for those counter haven't move up or just want to move up. Don't chase it at high price, it's very risky to get trap!

FYI, Nextnation did anounce the rights issue entitlement date by last friday. I think Nextnation's BOD will goreng this counter to > 10 sen in order to attract more people to subscribe their rights share.

Vinvin, unless you have enough bullet to average down your mother share price to < 10 sen and warrant < 5 sen. Otherwise, you need wait very long time to get back your money if lucky!
