with stock code 03004,03005, 03006 or etc

Should read as to ABANDON the plan for hospital.
Wait few years when the price is good, sell the land, and return the profit to shareholders.
Because the company does not have competaitve advantage to diversify into hospital.
Better ABANDON the plan.
