Due to the financial notes,
Actual earnings of Q3 2013 is RM24Million, 5 FOLD compare to 2012. That is why the EPS reported is also 5 fold more.
However, Bursa requires the accounting report to take in 2010 losses to this quarter. This is why we see the major report is a lesser earnings, but EPS is 5 fold.

Q3 2013 earnings is 5 fold more compare to Q3 2012.
Conclusion, those who sell are selling a diamond with cheap price. lol..

INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of TH Heavy Engineering Berhad ("THHE”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, THHE Fabricators Sdn. Bhd. (“TFSB” or "the Company") has received a Letter of Award from Lundin Malaysia B.V. (“Lundin”) dated 4 November 2013 for the fabrication of Wellhead Platform (WHP) in relation to the PM307 Bertam Field Development Project (“the Contract”).
INFORMATION ON THE CONTRACT

Under the Contract, the Company is to undertake the Fabrication of Wellhead Platform (WHP) for the Bertam Field Development Project located at Block PM307, approximately 175 kilometers off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is a one-off contract and the scheduled completion date for the contract shall be approximately 12 months.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of THHE for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 and 2014 respectively.

RISK FACTORS

Risk factors affecting the Contract include but are not limited to execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. The Company has over more than a decade established its track records and expertise to undertake such projects. Therefore, the Board and management believe that the Company is able to mitigate the abovementioned risk factors.

If TIME shareholders resistance are too strong, Censof can anytime sell their share off with a whopping 40% cash Profit, but a BIG SELL DOWN in TIME SHARE will be triggered.

Oct 31 (Reuters) - Malaysia's new consumption tax is a boon to IT companies that stand to win infrastructure contracts and fees - provided they can convince people to switch to electronic payments in a country where 91 percent of transactions are in cash.

For companies such as Censof Holdings Bhd and GHL Systems Bhd that specialise in creating electronic payment and software systems, the initial benefit will likely come well before the tax is implemented in April 2015.

Censof is having their best time since IPO till now.
Expect to mark HISTORIC high price which is more than RM0.80.

Both GHLSys and Censof should be on par, same volume of revenue and size of company.

Regardless of how the FBM KLCI will perform today, Etiqa Insurance and Takaful Bhd head of research Chris Eng Poh Yoon told SunBiz, investors might see weakness in the benchmark index later on.

He added that the local stock market, which was supported by the local institutional funds, has outperformed other regional markets before the budget announcement. But in view of global tight on stimulus, the corporate earnings going forward are expected to disappoint.

For now, FBM KLCI is biased towards the short-term support level of 1,800 points, while the resistance level remained at the all-time high of 1,826 points, said Eng.

A market strategy of "sell into strength" is recommended, with a year-end target of 1,800 points, Eng suggested the investors may "buy" in November if the benchmark index drops to 1,750 points.

Eng identified stocks such as MY E.G. Services Bhd and Censof Holdings Bhd, which are involved in the roll-out of the new tax system, as likely to see some buy-in from investors.

Some key contracts held by Censof are the outcome-based budgeting system, valued at RM22.5mil for five years, awarded by the Finance Ministry and used in Budget 2013. It also has jobs with Perkeso and the Inland Revenue Board worth RM33.08mil and RM5.6mil.
