Why want to create havoc here? If you have money, up to you where you want to invest/trade. There are so many other counters in bursa. If you have already in supermax, keep them lah until you feel you make enough profit. If you believe that the next 5-6 quarters of supermax will make crazy profit, then keep until at least dec. their obm model is reaping more profit margin than oem that is a fact.
For those tht dont have supermX yet, i suggest buy la on weakness, next 2 QRs will be really good. My own TP based on my simple calculations will be rm20-25 after bonus issuance. Not difficult to calculate if you know that the price is around usd 80-120 per 1000pcs and they are producing around 6B pcs per quarter :)

At least 2/3 of riverstone Current quarter by year end when they have 6B pcs production. Riverstone has capacity of 9B pcs now and just announced qr of rm90.9 PAT. 2/3 of that will be around rm60mil!!!! Current price pf riverstone is rm13ish with market cap of rm9.5B!!! Careplus is only around rm2.7B now.
I think careplus will announce around rm30-40mil in the next QR in oct and rm50-60mil in jan 2021. Huat ahh!

Riverstone which has 9B pcs production just announced their H1 2021 results of rm137.5mil PAT. Their share price now is at SGD 4.70: rm14.49
Careplus is producing 4.1B pcs now and will become 6Bpcs before end of dec 2020. Next year they will add a other 2B pcs so it will be 8Bpcs before end 2021.
If we want to be conservative, and stick to current ASP, careplus can definitely produce similar results as riverstone next year. TP rm10 in Nov 2020, rm 12 in feb 2021 and rm14 in Q2 2021 :)

Hehe go go supermax! I think they are capitalizing their
OBM approach and extensive distribution centres around the world by getting higher margin and good ASP incremental. Their 30B ish production yield profit like having 60B pcs OEM model.

Hehe was so happy to see rm5.80 this morning. Its ok lets continue the journey. Careplus has more growth to catch up. Harta and kossan have long term customers with fixed price so they dnt have surplus for spot orders. Supermax and topglove will produce much better results with the OBM model for supermax and lots of volume for spot orders for topglove. Thats the reason i buy careplus, supermax and topglove

Morning all. Ready for breaking rm5 and rm6 today? I think if we manage to pass through rm6 today, careplus will take over the 5th spot for glove counter in bursa before end of this month. Comfort’s market value is rm 3.9B now from today’s price and careplus is only rm2.56B. There are still rm1.3B to close the gap which is equivalent to roughly another rm2.20 in share price based on no of shares of careplus. Rm 4.74 + rm2.20: rm 6.94!!

Hehe lets continue tomorrow’s journey to rm6. The TA is super bullish and FA is supporting the price. Need to close the gap to comfort and take over the 5th spot asap :)

I think team rocket try to buy at low price. After bonus issue obviously you will get the free issue bonus 1:1 and then the price will be divided by 2 the next day. If you have 1000 units, your total units will become 2000 units so at the end total value remain the same. When the share price looks cheap, then will make it affordable to others to join the bandwagon ;)

Hehehe it still midway to comfort and Ruberex. They are already at 6.50-6.7 so still another rm2 to go.
By end of this week hopefully careplus can catch up with comfort and ruberex. Again just to reiterate, careplus production is almost the same as comfort right now and will be more than comfort before year end 2020 - 6B pcs.
Ruberex only has 1-2B pcs right now.

Yup careplus is the most undervalued glove company in bursa right now. First tp is matching comfort’s price at rm5.37 somtimes in 1-2 weeks time. That is 40-45pct gain from current careplus price. Mid term TP is in 3 months time after next QR, around rm8-9.

All out on careplus now with rm300k holding. Hopefully it will grow another 50pct by end of aug :)

I think careplus will be the darkhorse of glove counter. The rest have realised their potential and show the path. We need to hold at least for 3months until next QR, i think TP will be revised to rm7-8

Hehe this is not a bubble, this is emerging industry and will be a core one soon. Hopefully There will be more companies local or mnc venturing into HC related products and services and set up their base here. We have cheap raw materials, easy access on location, competitive manpower and tax incentives.
I think third tier gloves companies are coming soon but maybe only start seeing the real proof next year eg mqtech, AT. Just put on your watchlist. They might be doing what careplus did since Feb this year

Hehe yup i think now more ppl buying based on FA for careplus. Going to rm5.5 before next QR in 3 months time without taking into account comfort and Ruberex latest QRs which will be out next month That is a handsome 60pct return from today’s price

I think better grab the opportunity today before more info on harta and supermax QRs are out.
It will be another super bullish cycle starting next week when harta, supermax and kossan announce their latest QRs back to back in Aug.

I think careplus is the only glove company that has obvious gap to potential with latest QR. The gap is from current price around rm3.5 to comfort’s price of rm5.3
This is with latest QRs from both companies.
Imagine what will happen with the next 2 QRs with higher ASPs in Brazil and additional 2B pcs this year

I dnt understand why we need to team up to trade your own money? I think it is better to have your own trade plan. It is your own money anyway. Just look at both FA and TA. I will go for FA first hehe
Careplus is good company and starting to get good reputation (positive earnings, buy hotel for staff accomodation, increase in production, ansell jv) so dnt need to worry much. You can trade and invest with not much worry compare to 2-3 months ago

Careplus rm6 is feasible with current FA. Additional production and ASPs increment will boost this further in Q1 2021

Careplus shoule be in rm5 range just like their peers eg comfort and ruberex. In fact, with the additional 1-2B pcs production from comfort, careplus should surpass comfort in next 2x QRs

Chill guys. Last quarter they managed to get around rm20mil PAT. The next 2 quarters with increase in ASP, lets assume PAT increase by 50pct (very modest assumption), Q3 will be rm30mil and Q4 rm45mil. Q1 2021 will be more with additional 2B production

Hehehe calvin, i like your rm20 TP before year end 2021. However, I will be happy already if careplus can get my long term TP of rm10 in Q1 2021. Hopefully the next 2 QRs will show 50pct incremental on PAT. The additional 2B pcs for this year will only start contributing in Q1 2021 result.
