Ambank is very good undervalued counter as well with low PE, high div yield of more than 5%, and NTA of RM 5.48. Hope it will be target of M&A for bigger bank to take over. It is perhaps the only bank traded below NTA of RM 5.48 and share price of RM 4.33 with such a big gap.

Accumulating today with average price 5.21. Be greedy when others are fearful...

I think fundamental is intact. More liquid is better for a particular stocks esp blue chips....

Even though Dayang shares will likely to go higher and higher till coming quarterly announcement, perhaps reaching RM 1.60 to RM 2.0 (depending on market sentiment and world market), but no one dare to recommend people to buy, worry latter get scolded. At this price, risk is higher, one must recognize.

IB after downgraded Dayang about 2 months ago, now starting to upgrade again. As witnessed in more contracts comming, eg Perdana, Dayang results are expected to increase, lump sum orders and report very good results coming quarter

Those who have missed to buy low at 90 sen +++ now may be too late to chase as risk is a big high now. But O&G stocks will likely to uptrend till next quarterly report due to expected good results in next quarter esp Dayang...

Directors pay should be cut... poorly run company. Many O&G companies have recovered and start making money but this company....sad

Hardly see this kind of counter. Goreng to RM 2, then dropped to 60sen+ which is historical low already, still want to play volume like this, as if want to "shake" more weak holders to sell. At this low price, still got weak holders want to sell ? At this 63 sen, small fish will be cut legs and hands(no more cut loss)...

Naim also a good buy for Sarawak play with low PE, high NTA at current price

This forum very quiet today even though Dayang continue to recover. Big boys laugh to the bank and look like most bilis cut loss worry of catching falling knife.

Dayang will have better results now that Perdana just got an umbrella contract for 6 AHTS and 5 AWB from PETRONAS! When Perdana do good, Dayang will be better.

This contract requires Perdana to charter foreign vessels as its current 16 vessels not enough to meet this new demand (from Petronas).

Good news, but perhaps wrong timing. Today Asia is bad and US expected to drop again due to intensify trade war. Hope to have good news for trade war tonite then tomo can expect share to jump. If US market also drop badly, then price may not move tomo...

Thanks Titus for the observation. Normally RI will not so fast as it needs approval from SC, Bursa etc. It is stated indicative price will be 80sen, based on price at the time RI proposal announced which is RM 1.19 or 33% discount. The board can decide on the discount. It will not be issue if price of share at the time of fixing of RI is say RM 1.10. It may be an issue when price is 80 sen, after given discount may be say 60 sen...



titus The total share is just below 1 billion. if RI is 60c....it can only get around 60M. So little....what the purpose of doing RI then. After pay all the administration fee....left bone only. Might as well no need do. Cancel RI.

When a lot of people loss money, it is time to buy. KYY will not sell at this price lah otherwise he will be stupid like he said. I think he sold some when price moves to RM 1.30 to RM 1.7 like he said he sold some to avoid margin call.

Market really bad, dropping for almost 3 weeks continuously. With so many counters dropping more than 30% from its high, it is good time to accumulate. If you don't like Dayang, can buy others lah as most dropped by more than 30%.

Almost all second liners dropped by a staggering 30% from its high mainly due to trade war and (perhaps some due to results) , not only Dayang.
