The points are:-
1) No matter u like it or not GST do affects the market especially development n cobstruction. I can said most developer dare not to launch their their new development at the first quarter. Everybody are looking how's the reaction of the markets. It means that during first qtr manufacturer like Oka are competing in the market n the good news is there r competitive which we saw on their turnover. Of course in competitive market we got to sacrifice profit.
2) By nature Malaysian easy to forget. After Gst imposed I believe more developer are launching their new projects
3) The last point n also the most exciting one, which to say that base on yesterday closing price that is 91.5 cents the dividend yield is 4.37% base on 4c dividend which better than whatever bank fix deposits.

Summary.... Oka proven competitive in the market n future expand which I no doubt at all. Additional current price with the dividend r the best offer.
