I am a current employee from pestech in the testing department. Hence, I am the most qualified person to comment here. Yes I do agree our performance in recent years is disastrous, employee turnover rate everymonth is extremely high due to cash flow issues. This is due to the newly hired managers or big bosses that could not deliver and caused a mess in all the projects. Now what we need is a chance to prove our value and get things back in shape with new awarded projects. Don't give up!
