Good morning to all my PBB mates. We are mature, secure and sensible... blah blah blah...As if we needed to be reminded repeatedly. We own what we own because we know the benefits derived from our choices. Let the blowi-ins fluff around, it’s a pain but it’s a bad side of human nature which is prevalent among the shorties.

They come and they go, they are but TROLLS, like a flick of dust with nothing better to do. Let’s just flick the dusts off.

Good morning....thank you scenery to call out the con man himself. He and con woman ( ain’t them one and the same?) have a lot of ill feelings to humanity, not doing good but impose their twisted views on others. Let’s call them out and stare them down.

Oh dear me, the lurker is a whiny odd ball. Dun know how a bank work, dun know how to call quits. Make me laugh even more when he claimed the success of PBB relied on “certain people “ like him! Totally screwed up!

I go to the branch, press the machine for a ticket sit down and read my tablet, they call my number, transaction done. No sweat.

Goshy gosh, there I was having a laugh, thinking it a bit rude to call the lurker out. Good, my mates in the forum shared my sense of humour.

PBB is a dependable and trusted institution. Grandpa loved collecting his rental monies and deposited the cheques into his local branch. Then he met up with his cronies at the kopitiam round the corner. Now he is still getting the customer service at the bank as he checks on the PBB App on his hand phone because of MCO. He uses the App to pay his rates and electricity bills too as he hates long queues. He’s a happy PBB customer and shareholder.

Of course not, you were born in the 20s when there were no local banks.

The wealth of a country counts on the strengths of it’s banks. Let’s get vaccinated and stay healthy.

Closing some branches is one of the strategies applying to not just banking but also other sectors all over the world. Cash economy is no longer King. Physical presence is no longer compulsory to do many businesses. This will free up the shops and buildings for new businesses. The banks are even more essential in domestic and international markets. We don’t want to see regressions because loan sharks are lurking. The days of cash dealings with Clans are over, thanks heaven!

Good morning... Like 1invest1 and sharefisher, I have full confidence in the vaccines just as I have full confidence in PBB. Hold tight tight. Thanks to AllYouCanBuy to keep us up to date with the healthcare progress. It is not safe until everyone is safe.

Hahaha, AllYouCanBuy, just like vaccination, you have developed a good dose of immunity to them as well. Congratulations! This forum is full of people who are resilient and wise. Keep faith and hold tight tight.

SHQuah, couldn’t agree more. It’s extremely irritating to see brainless repeats of the same mantra. Sharefisher said it well, hold tight tight, don’t swallow their cheap and rusty baits.

Which part of thinking cap you don’t understand. I told you to put on your thinking caps since 8.40am this morning and obviously it’s too much to ask from a bunch of hooligans. Don’t attack the messengers. You don’t like the vaccine not of your choice, walk away, you would rather have a never ending pandemic, go ahead. You would rather not hear about vaccines, you are allowed to leave the forum. Statistically speaking, the chance of one dying of vaccines is minuscule compared to death from the COVID virus. Suddenly this forum is very crowded with globe lovers, you need to social distance now. Frankly it’s quite embarrassing to see so many doubters around. Like I said, keep safe and keep your families very safe.

Thanks for your visit. Put on our thinking caps and work it all out. With AIRBORNE viruses lCOVID-19 the vaccines can stop the spread. If there is a 0.0001% chance of clots being formed, it’s a chance worth taking. Don’t let fear overcome our judgement. In fact, a visit to the GP will help putting fear to rest. Anyway, it is NOT compulsory, and it is NOT going away soon.
2021-04-25 16:39 | Report Abuse
AZ has a 1/60,000 chance of clots in the <50 age group and 1/1,000,000 in the >50 age group. Some countries allocate vaccines accordingly. Corona virus doesn’t discriminate, if everyone avoids AZ then they may risk running out of ventilators and oxygen, like in India. Money can’t buy.
2021-04-25 15:39 | Report Abuse
Yes, my family and I had AZ and we are still alive and rich. Nobody gets to choose a vaccine, take it or leave it. Just get vaccinated, mate.

When my son went to teach English in an International school, he had his salary paid into his account in a Chinese bank. He could spend it there. When he was leaving, he couldn’t transfer out his money because he wasn’t a Chinese national. Eventually he did an exchange of fund with a colleague who had a daughter studying overseas. Banking systems in some countries are a nightmare.

It’s politics.... democracy vs communism, I know who I believe. That’s why our grandparents left China many many years ago

Great minds think alike. This pandemic brings out the good and bad in humanity. It does not discriminate. Be it females or males, rich or poor, black or white, left or right leaning in your political view, the only way to overcome it is vaccine. Gloves and sanitizer are useful in slowing the spread. Ultimately it’s a joint venture between the Scientists and the pharmaceutical companies . Banks are essential in facilitating the production of and delivery of vaccines. Seriously banks need our support more than before so everyone can get vaccinated as soon as possible. Keep the faith!

There are stocks for making a few quick bucks now or stocks for longevity. Have a portfolio by all means but you’re barking up the wrong tree. This is PBB forum mate.

As it happens there are far too many people in the Nitrile stocks, just interested in personal gains due to Covid19. Everyday, they rejoice in the news of infestation not vaccination. If they only read deeper they will understand without the banks the economy will be in shatters. Personal gain is national woes.

Yes, wise conservative investors can put their eggs in more than one basket, and if we do we don’t feel the urge go around mocking shareholders of other forums. Each their own. PBB is the best.

Two types of people in today’s post. They are those serious mature sensible minded intelligent prudent long term investors and then there is Wealthsowonderful. The formers have a bright future to look forward to while the later is looking forward to join the elite group. If he is so happy with TopGlove then he should buy more shares instead of trying to entice PBB share holders to sell to him. We keep tight tight. If we have spare money we can buy more PBB shares because it is good and we can. If we have more spares and want some excitement then we may consider another cheap nitrile stock, plenty of them around.
