Think about it, yes it would be oversupply after US increase tariff because all those manufacturers that export to US will have their order cancelled, hence leaving a lot of inventory. But this is just Temporarily! No a long term effect. Now this is where u stretch ur vision further.

After these leftover supply sold off, do you think these manufacturers will dare to increase their production more? Or do they start to reduce becos of lower orders now. Hell Yes, they will start to reduce.

I dont think the market will react much from this result as their operations are doing better than previous quarter. Revenue is increasing, oil next year will be much cheaper, give them some time to fine tune the bad things, once operation goes stable, watch how AAX earn money like a king.
